At Amora Perfumes and Aromasciences we aim to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the service they receive. Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, just relax and take your time as we take you through our on-line catalogue, then click on the 'Add to Cart' button for those items you wish to purchase. You may cancel your order at any point during your shopping trip. Our unique Sniff n’ Buy service enables you to choose your perfume at your leisure and in your own home. Gifting
You may purchase any of our items as gifts for other people, please ensure that the address which you wish the items delivered to is clearly marked.
Shipping and Handling
Postage and packaging in the UK is charged at £3.50 per order and will be by Parcel Force. We reserve the right to charge extra for orders weighing in excess of 1kg.
We can despatch orders to any country in the world. Overseas orders will be despatched by air mail and your credit card will be debited with the relevant amount. We have even included a handy currency converter which you can use to calculate the value of your order in your own currency.

We undertake to despatch your order within three business days
Back Orders
If your chosen items are out of stock we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel this order should you wish.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted by the shopping cart when the order is placed. They are only decrypted when they reach our computer. These details are not retained by us. We offer secure online payment for Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Switch debit cards. You may of course choose to pay by phoning or faxing our office, or by putting a cheque made payable to Amora Perfume Ltd in the post for us.

We do not disclose customer information to any third parties.
Returns Policy
We adhere to our obligations relating to distance selling as a merchant in the UK. For your full rights consult “The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000
Any returned goods must be returned to us un-opened and un-damaged. Please enclose an original receipt with any goods returned. Notification of damaged goods should be sent to us within three working days of receipt.
VAT
All our prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
