Traders - Terms and Conditions of sale:-

All sales by Seller are subject to and expressly made upon the terms and conditions contained herein. No variation of these terms and conditions will be valid unless agreed to in writing and signed by a representative of the Seller.

2 - Currency
Prices quoted are in £ sterling.

3 - Cancellation policy
The Buyer may not cancel any order unless agreed in writing by the Seller.

4 - Carriage
Carriage paid on orders in excess of £250.00 excluding V.A.T. International carriage on application.

5 - Payment terms
1st order pro-forma invoice, thereafter 30% deposit with balance on receipt of goods.

6 - New accounts
Bank plus two trade references.

7 - Returns
On receipt of goods the buyer must check the quantity and quality of delivery. Any shortages or damages must be reported to the Company within 48hrs otherwise no claim against the Company will be accepted. No goods may be returned to the Company without written permission from the Company.

8 - Delivery times
Delays due to unpredictable circumstances i.e. strikes, problems affecting our suppliers, carriers, natural catastrophe, cannot be a valid reason for cancellation or refusal of delivery.

9 - Company liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for the use of the goods. The customer takes full responsibility for the application of the materials and goods.

10 - Export
For export orders the above conditions apply.

11 - Title
Amora Perfumes Ltd retains the title to the goods until paid for in full.

12 - Overdue accounts
Any collection costs will be charged to the customer.

13 - Compliance with law
The Seller certifies that to the best of its knowledge its products are produced in compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

14 - Governing law
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland.
