Brazilian Cachaça Barrel

from $480.00

Made with amburana barrels that contained Cachaça, a traditional Brazilian sugarcane spirit.

Highly aromatic, exotic, and completely unique! A warm and seductive blend of vanilla, almond and baking spice, with notes of cinnamon, maple syrup, caramel, and butterscotch.

Like cinnamon, amburana contains coumarin. Do not use more than 5,000 parts per million in beverages.

For distilled spirits we recommended inclusion rates from 200 ppm to 3,000 ppm. In other beverages an inclusion rate from 100 to 1,000ppm is recommended. As always, we recommend that you perform a bench-scale sensory panel evaluation to determine the appropriate inclusion rate for your beverage.
